We have a large quantity of a meteorological balloons that were purchased in a government surplus bid.  These balloons were U.S. Military issue and inflate to 12′ High and 36′ Circumference.  The sale invitation for bid by the U.S. Government was as follows:

We have a large quantity of chemical war fare uniform cloth. It was used to make suits for soldiers to wear. The government describes it as: Laminated Nylon Tricot Knit Cloth, Polyurethane foam laminate, Duro Finising Corp., chemical protective and flame resistant. Pecan/charcoal impregnated uncut cloth.

This cloth has many uses. It can also be used as a liner to prevent grass and weeds from coming through rock and concrete.
