The government describes it as: Laminated Nylon Tricot Knit Cloth, Polyurethane foam laminate, Duro Finising Corp., chemical protective and flame resistant. Pecan/charcoal impregnated uncut cloth.

This cloth has many uses. It can also be used as a liner to prevent grass and weeds from coming through rock and concrete.
